I have needy cats. I think I made them that way. Sascha is very needy, and when I don’t let her take a nap on me during the day – at least once – she gets very annoyed and meows every 2 seconds to get my attention. ô__O

Like I said, I think I made them that way. When she was a kitten, she would take her daily nap on my chest. And yes, my chest is big, but she loved to curl up on my collar-bone and nap. Now she just likes to sit in my lap. Sometimes I’ll end up typing or browsing on the computer for hours with her napping like a small child in my arms. She is quite particular.

I was told to update more, so here I am. Updating.

I’m trying to get ready for NaNoWriMo, National Novelest Writing Month. It’s in November – although there is a JulNoWriMo that I attempted to finish this year, and got about 8,042 words before giving up. Maybe if I got away from the Sailormoon world I would do better.

Thus I have invested in my own story with some of Brent’s help. Another reason why I love him to bits! He pushes me to do better and go to a more profound level with my story, instead of a happy go-lucky, magical-girl “Omg! Monster of the Day is DUSTED!” sort of anime-cliche’!

Maybe if my friends also encouraged me *winkwink* – but then I totally feel like a dork, being all: “Hey, wanna hear about my story?!” *snort-laugh* ¬__¬ I’m sure most of my friends wouldn’t be that interested in a story I’ve written. Most friends don’t realise that Brent has written a really awesome freaking novel, and is working on his second! XD Another reason I love him!

Speaking of reasons and the reason I’m updating, Aimee asked me to put together a list of things I might like for Christmas. So here is my short and awesome list!

Stephanie’s Christmas List of DOOM Joy~!
† Slippers
† Tea-pot cozy
† Arm warmers/mittens
† Kitty bed/blanket – large to fit at least 2 kitties!
† Anything blue that I can put in my living room, like a special pillow or lap-ghan, etc.
