True Love

October 15th, 2007

This is one of the truest tests of love. If you can take the last name of a man, that the last name causes you no end of frustrations. Of course, I’m not exactly there yet, but I can already see the future problems I’ll have when on the phone or giving my last name for reservations:

Those who don’t know what the big deal is, well, you should know how the name is actually spelt:

Van Beusekom

Yes, the difference is insane. I have no idea how they got the: “korv” at the back of the name. You must be pretty deaf to not hear the “m.” LOL

The name, other than the “korv,” is pretty much how you would sound it out if you were to say it: van beau-se-kom.

In any case, this package totally made my day! I wish Brent was here to see it and laugh with me right now, I’m sure he’ll get a good chuckle out of it when he gets home!

On another note, I’m still having some issues with what I should be for Halloween. I was thinking of going as Reverend Mother Jessica, from the Dune Series. But I can’t get a good image of what her outfit consists of, or what the differences are between a Men’s Stillsuit and a Women’s stillsuit. Either way, I DO have the black cloak! XD

I think I could go as a Freman, that would be awesome, but I definately need to work on the outfit asap, if I’m going to be one.

Wow, totally had a weird dream that just came back at me, I was yelling at someone to get 911 on the phone, “STAT!” because I just saved the life of a drowning boy. #__# God I hope that doesn’t come to fruition.

Y Stephanie
