I’m super-duper happy! XD Brent proposed to me on Tuesday night, a day before our 3 year anniversary – it was absolutely gorgeous!

Brent had conspired with Aimee, Julia and Jordan to inlist their help in getting our front room to look the most romantic I’ve ever seen it! I was totally blown away! I knew that Brent would propose that night, but I didn’t know how he’d do it, or that I would be sooooo touched by having my friends decorate my living room! I was just so taken back from the whole thing. I had a good happy-cry about it all! <3

My living room was covered in rose petals, candles and glowing lights, with mood-music and chocolate with wine! Aimee and Jordan were worried our house would set on fire with all the candles, as you can see below, there were TONS! #______# I am very grateful that they ran out the back door just as we were coming home – they stayed to make sure nothing was ablaze when we arrived!! XD
After putting away the chocolates — I was absolutely stuffed from the chocolate cake that the resauraunt gave to us in celebration of our 3 years together — we let the cats in. After some fighting for attention, Ash ran away, and Yuki found his love by the fire.

Sascha enjoyed eating the rose petals, playing with them and attacking the other cats, like usual.

The night was awesome. I was so surprised and had tons of happy-gooey warm feelings of love and adoration for my friends and soon to be Husband! I now try to use the word “Fiancé” as much as possible – it just sounds awesome! LOL
