Satur-blah.

February 16th, 2008

I don’t know if it’s because I only got 7 hours of sleep, or if it’s because my “work” is so boring, but I have the Satur-blah’s.

Unlike the Sun-blah’s, I am not hung over. And also unlike the Mon-blah’s, I do not feel the need to kill to feed my blood lust of being forced to battle traffic and slay the ‘Dragon.’ The Wednes-blah’s are close to the Satur-blah’s, but not in the sense that there may be hope on Thur-blah.

Indeed the Satur-blah’s are their own class of Week-Blah. Each and every Satur-blah feels worse than the last, but truly, they are all the same in blahness. When one experiences Satur-blah’s, it is usually easy to overcome. One needs to break out of the slow passage of time on a Satur-blah by doing crazy things – like streaking or drinking during work hours. And if your mind still cannot concentrate on the menile tasks at hand, do what most Satur-blah sufferer’s do, and leave it till next Satur-blah.

Next week, we’ll be talking about the long-term effects of Satur-blah’s and how they can cause you do to irrational things, such as quiting the only job you have and telling the old hag in the office to “Fegg Off.”

One Response to “Satur-blah.”
